Who is responsible

The website is operated under the GraphShield name. For questions about this policy or to make a privacy request, use the Contact page and select “Privacy request”. If you are a customer’s end user, direct requests about that customer’s product data to the relevant organization first.

02 /

Information you provide

Meeting and contact forms ask for your name, business email, organization, topic, and message. A meeting request may also include a preferred date and time zone. We use this information to respond to your request, coordinate a conversation, and understand the business context you choose to share. Do not include passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, or confidential customer records.

03 /

Information from website delivery

Hosting and delivery infrastructure may process network information such as an IP address, user agent, requested URL, and request time to serve the site and protect its operation. The homepage video is delivered by CloudFront, and the display font stylesheet is requested from OnlineWebFonts. Visiting the page sends normal network request data to those providers. The Manrope font is served with the site.

04 /

Why information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, organize meetings, evaluate business requests, maintain service integrity, investigate abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where privacy law requires a lawful basis, this may include steps at your request before a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, compliance with legal duties, or consent where required. We do not add marketing consent to a meeting request.

05 /

Who may receive information

Authorized personnel and service providers supporting hosting, message handling, scheduling, and security may receive the information necessary to perform those functions. A configured meeting scheduler operates on its own website under its own privacy notice. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect lawful rights. We do not sell personal information or use this website for cross-context behavioral advertising.

06 /

International processing

Website infrastructure and business service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, the relevant transfer arrangements must be established for that processing. You may ask us about the location and safeguards relevant to your inquiry or proposed service deployment.

07 /

Retention

Inquiry information should be kept only as long as needed to address the request, maintain a relevant business relationship, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal obligations. Infrastructure logs may have separate retention periods. There is no universal retention period for every record; request details or deletion through the Contact page.

08 /

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate verification before fulfilling a request. Applicable exceptions can limit a request. You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority.

09 /

Security and sensitive information

The website is designed to minimize the personal information needed for a business inquiry. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed secure. Use the security contact workflow to agree on a suitable channel before sharing sensitive technical evidence or business records.

10 /

Children

The website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, contact us so the record can be reviewed and, where appropriate, removed.

11 /

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when website practices or legal requirements change. The version date on this page identifies the current text. Material changes should be communicated as required by applicable law. Use the Contact page for questions about this policy.
