What cookies are
Cookies are small values a website can ask a browser to store and send with later requests. Other browser technologies, including local storage and session storage, can also retain information. Network delivery and server logs are separate from browser cookies.
The website’s own storage
The current website application does not set first-party cookies or use local storage for marketing, analytics, authentication, or profiling. Graph selection, search filters, and form progress are temporary page state and are lost on reload. The public website has no signup or signin flow.
Hosting and security services
Infrastructure providers may use technical mechanisms to deliver content, control abuse, and maintain availability. Their behavior can depend on deployment settings. Optional advertising or analytics services are not included in this website application. If such services are added, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before activation.
External video and fonts
The homepage loads a decorative video from CloudFront and a display font stylesheet from OnlineWebFonts. These requests disclose the normal network information needed to retrieve the files, such as IP address and user agent. A request to a third party is not itself a cookie, but the provider’s policies and browser settings may govern additional behavior. You can pause the video, and reduced-motion preferences disable its animated display.
Meeting scheduling
When a booking provider is configured, the “Open meeting calendar” link opens that provider’s website. We do not embed its calendar or preload its scripts. Cookies or storage on the provider’s website are governed by its own notice and choices. The alternative meeting-request form does not require a scheduling cookie.
Your choices
You can review, block, or delete cookies through browser settings and use browser controls to limit third-party requests. Blocking external resources may prevent the decorative video or display font from loading; the main content and navigation have fallbacks. Because optional analytics and advertising cookies are not enabled by this application, there is no “accept all” banner for those services.
Changes and questions
This policy should be updated when new storage or third-party services are introduced. See the Privacy Policy for information about contact forms and infrastructure processing. Use the Contact page and select “Privacy request” if you have questions about browser data.
